چکیده
Personalized medicine (PM) is a major trend in health care development the 21st century. This area includes studying risk factors for disease (prediction), interventions preventing diseases (prophylaxis), individualization of diagnosis and treatment (personalization), informing patient on prevention (participation). In recent years, an intense research to introduce personalized principles into management critically ill patients, has been under way. identification groups based genomic research, diagnostic tests using molecular markers, creation novel classes drugs individual characteristics. The aim review summarize available data implementation PM routine practice critical institutions. We analyzed more than 300 sources literature from Pubmed Scopus databases, as well RSCI database. Eighty five most relevant were selected review. paper reports organization results advanced technologies, such Emergency Medicine Sample Bank (EMSB), daily activity clinics providing emergency care. formation concept focused patients discussed. contains detailed patterns specific illnesses acute cerebrovascular events, respiratory distress syndrome, traumatic brain injury, shock, myocardial infarction, cardiac rhythm conduction disturbances. Medication efficacy view genetic characteristics also highlighted. No limitations subject identified. Conclusion. analysis demonstrated positive implementing prevention, patients. Creation Biobanks, training programs regulatory documentation, advancing scientific introduction new methods will contribute practical healthcare.

متن کاملRole of personalized medicine in cardiovascular disease: A narrative review
Cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of mortality each year. Both environmental and genetic risk factors significantly influence the incidence and progression of these diseases. In recent decades, with the development of genetics and genome-determining tools, different genes have been found associated with numerous diseases. Determining these genes helps us to suggest a more effective ...
